ABOUT US Change Systems Pty. Ltd. was
established in 1987 to consult to Australian organisations on organisation
effectiveness, change management, client service strategies and performance
effectiveness. Over the following years the company has been at the forefront
of service research and organisational turnaround. This has included founding
the Australian Client Service Association, The Australian division of the
International Client Service Association, taking Australian executives of study
tours of US companies and establishing at RMIT the first tertiary course in the
management of service organisations. SurveyMaster is a complete survey measurement tool which
automates questionnaire publishing, allows for flexible data entry, produces
comprehensive reports and allows for historical comparisons. The software was developed and is supported by Ken Dagley.
Ken Dagley is the Managing Director of Change
Systems Pty Ltd and has been consulting on change management, market research,
service and quality for 20 years. He was the founder & Past National
Vice-President of the Australian Customer Service Association as well as being
an Executive member of the International Customer Service Association. He is
Chairman of the Course Advisory Committee for the Graduate Diploma in Marketing
at RMIT and teaches for the Australian Graduate School of Management in their
EMBA program.
