Change Systems Pty. Ltd. was established in 1987 to consult to Australian organisations on client service strategies and performance effectiveness.  Over the following years the company has been at the forefront of service research and organisational turnaround.  This has included founding the Australian Client Service Association, The Australian division of the International Client Service Association, taking Australian executives of study tours of US companies and establishing at RMIT the first tertiary course in the management of service organisations.
